As an inventor, you retain all intellectual property rights to your pitches. However, you grant FrogPeeler an active license to securely host, distribute, and orchestrate the Non-Disclosure Agreements for these pitches exclusively with our verified investors.
All investors must undergo manual vetting. Providing falsified organizational affiliations, capital figures, or intentionally violating enforced NDA restrictions will result in a permanent ban and potential legal repercussions directly from the inventor.
FrogPeeler provides the platform "as is". We don't make any warranties regarding the outcome of any deals sourced through our platform.
